Client: Kisan (Oil & Ghee Products)

Problem: Kisan faced strong sales but suffered from a poor cash flow due to a 90-day payment cycle with local networks.

Solution:
We built Kisan’s flagship e-commerce store and launched Meta and Google Ads campaigns. To address high delivery costs due to the product weight, we partnered with local distributors to create a cost-effective delivery network. We also expanded Kisan to Daraz, automating fulfillment and improving operational efficiency.

Zaavi (Cooking Oil)

Problem: Zaavi, a new cooking oil brand, needed to penetrate a highly competitive FMCG market with minimal delays in reaching customers.

Solution:
We launched Zaavi directly on e-commerce platforms, driving traffic through digital ads and quickly building momentum. Once online demand was validated, we expanded through a distribution network for cost-efficient stocking across Pakistan.

Aliz (Olive Oil)

Problem: Aliz, a new olive oil brand, needed to quickly establish market presence and distribution channels across Pakistan.

Solution:

Rabi (Cooking Oil & Ghee)

Problem: Rabi, a new brand for cooking oil and ghee, needed rapid growth in a crowded market while managing high distribution costs.

Client: Simply Islam (Islamic Education Institute)

Problem:
In 2021, Simply Islam faced challenges in gaining new student registrations and running donation campaigns due to Meta and Google disabling religious interest targeting in their ads. This severely affected their ability to reach the right audience for Islamic courses and charitable campaigns.

Solution:
We devised a tailored strategy to bypass the restrictions by focusing on alternative targeting methods, such as interest-based behavior, event promotion, and community engagement. We optimized their campaigns to reach potential students in Singapore and run successful non-profit donation drives during key periods like Ramadan (Charity Basket), Eid al-Adha (Qurban), and several emergency relief campaigns (for flood, war, and poverty victims).

Results:

  • 7x revenue growth
